Windsor Junction is a 2 years’ young boutique consulting firm backed by 15 years’ experience in international business reporting and Australian-based consulting for top- tier clients. We make life easier for businesses undertaking multifaceted transformation agendas –helping to manage digitally driven change by providing:

  • cultural transformation planning and delivery,

  • capability and development uplift,

  • operational redesign support, and

Our Experience

We have proven our expertise in a wide range of industries across banking, telecommunications, non-profit and government agencies.


Telecommunication

- Design, delivery and implementation of Risk Culture Assessment for the Systems Engineering and Operations function of Australia’s monopoly wholesale broadband provider

- Development of a Risk Culture Uplift Plan for implementation of FY20, whilst delivering a suite of newly established risk management tools, systems, processes, and practices across a workforce of 3,000

Financial Services

- Planning and delivery of a program of work to assess and uplift risk culture within a major Australian bank’s Group’s Enterprise Services area.

- Development of a capability assessment, report and uplift plan for Enterprise Services Line 1 and Line 2 Risk and Controls teams.

- Program planning for the delivery of Risk Culture uplift activity across Enterprise Services stakeholder group (6000+), including communications & stakeholder engagement, reward and recognition, development planning, business reporting.

- Facilitating workshops across all levels and divisions, reporting on current-state risk culture, drivers and common themes and conducted leadership engagement sessions to socialize outcomes and drive improvement actions

- Development and implementation of a state-wide Integrated Care Reporting Framework

- Planning and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of Integrated Care program outcomes across patient, system and healthcare providers within the context of the state-wide Integrated Care Strategy.

 

Not-for-profit

- Identification, establishment, building and maintaining commercial income streams to provide financial revenue to Bravehearts whilst increasing community capacity to protect children and build awareness of Bravehearts activities.

- Design, development and delivery of an Australian first risk assessment, diagnostic and service offering - ‘ChildPlace Health and Safety’ - to protect the safety of children and rectify gaps that continue to exist in organisational structures, behaviours and processes concerned with child safety.

- Implementation of commercial and socially responsible alliances with organisations including Ernst & Young, Sass & Bide, Telstra Gold Coast and Little Athletics Australia to assist national programs and campaigns in the not-for-profit sector.
